Performance Soars: FaithTech Unveils New Mid-to-Low Power Electronic Loads

FaithTech, a trusted domestic manufacturer of power electronics testing equipment, proudly introduces the FT63200A/E series, boasting various operating modes and testing functionalities at an exceptional cost-performance ratio, catering to elevated testing requirements.

The newly launched FT63200A/E series offers outstanding performance parameters, promising engineers a unique testing experience in mid-to-low power load applications, significantly enhancing testing efficiency. Key advantages include:

Dynamic Frequency Sweep up to 30kHz, Vpk+/- Capture:
This series features dynamic frequency sweep capability, with frequencies adjustable up to 30kHz, surpassing competitors in the mid-power load market. By adjusting the current sweep frequency, it captures and records peak voltage Vpk+/- and frequency points during the entire process, effectively testing various power sources' dynamic responses.

Sinusoidal Dynamic Loading:
The FT63200A/E series supports sinusoidal dynamic loading, suitable for impedance analysis testing in fuel cell applications.

Inheritance of High-Performance Versions:
Following the success of the FaithTech 68200A/E series of high-power electronic loads, this mid-power model inherits its advantages.

High Power Density:
Continuing FaithTech's tradition of product design and engineering excellence, the FT63200A/E series adopts a high-power density design. Within a 2U form factor, it delivers up to 3kW output power, 1/3 smaller in volume compared to the previous generation, saving space on test benches and in equipment racks for system integrators.

Faster Slope Rates:
At 120A current, the FT63200A/E achieves slope rates of up to 7A/μs, faster than the previous FT6400A series.

Instantaneous Overpower Loading:
The FT63200A/E electronic load features instant overpower loading capability, reaching 6kW momentarily from its 3kW rated power. This capability greatly reduces testing costs for high-power transient testing of analog power electronic devices.

Improved Accuracy:
Building upon the FT6400A series' accuracy (current accuracy 0.1%+0.1%F.S., voltage accuracy 0.05%+0.01%F.S.), the FT63200A/E series doubles the accuracy, with current accuracy up to 0.05%+0.05%F.S. and voltage accuracy up to 0.025%+0.025%F.S.

Master-Slave Parallel Operation:
Through master-slave parallel connection, the FT63200A/E series allows for greater power expansion. The cascading feature supports up to 10 units in parallel operation, extending the power usage range of electronic loads to a maximum of 30KW.

Multiple Operating Modes:
In addition to constant current, constant voltage, constant resistance, and constant power modes, the FT63200A/E series offers composite operating modes such as CV+CC, CR+CC, CP+CC, meeting diverse testing needs.

PC Graphical Operation Software:
At mid-to-low power load price points, the FT63200A/E series provides the same PC software as the high-power FT68200A/E loads, enabling engineers to access real-time test data, generate graphics, export reports, and print reports. Additionally, this series offers data transfer rates of up to 1kHz, facilitating waveform plotting and dynamic data analysis, reducing costs for system integrators by eliminating the need for oscilloscopes and high-speed current acquisition hardware.

Full Interface Configuration:
Equipped with multiple communication interfaces, the FT63200A/E series supports both SCPI and Modbus communication protocols. Users can easily configure interface settings via the menu, enjoying comprehensive interface configuration without additional costs, offered at an industry-competitive price.
