Description
FT-RAP is a reverse connection prevention module. The FTP9000, FTB9000, and FTG series power supplies produced by our company can all be used in conjunction with it. Its main functions are: It can effectively prevent the occurrence of reverse connection of the tested object. The FT-RAP is equipped with a detection circuit, which detects the pressure difference to determine whether it is reverse connected. If reverse connection occurs, the test circuit is disconnected to ensure the safety of the tested object and the operators. The tested object mainly consists of batteries or source-type loads.
Mode of connection
The input end of the FT-RAP series is directly connected to the output end of the DC power supply, and the output end is connected to the battery. By determining whether the voltage polarity connected to the FT-RAP is correct or not, it is decided whether the power supply and the battery can establish an effective test connection.
External relay control method
The FT-RAP series provides driving signals for external relays. The driving signal voltage is 12V and the maximum driving capacity is 2A.
