Description
FTI5000 fuse tester, is for all kinds of fuses, fuses and other products testing, verification and design of professional equipment. Can meet: GB/T 9364.1-2015 small fuse Part 1: small fuse definition and small fuse body general requirements, GB/T 9364.2-2018 small fuse part 2: tubular fuse and GB/T 9364.3-2018 small fuse Part 3: Test requirements for related fuses and durability tests in ultra-small fuses.
FTI5000 is equipped with high-performance test equipment, which can simulate various conditions of test, such as durability test, fuse timing, pulse test, current cycle impact, current gradient test and other characteristics test. The tester also has the function of voltage and temperature measurement, which can test the voltage drop and temperature of the fuse and automatically calculate the equivalent resistance value and power loss value. In the test process, it can display the carrier pattern in real time and support the test data saving and exporting
Fuse break Test
FTI5000 series fuse tester fusing time accurate millisecond timing. 10 multiplier current test, time error ≤1ms. After the circuit breaker, it will automatically enter to continue the pressure (0~9.9 minutes can be set). Under fuse testing, you can also set a test timeout. When the test time exceeds the timeout, the test is automatically terminated.
Durability test
Durability test (also known as aging test). FTI5000 series can be set 0 ~ 999 cycles, power on time can be set 1 minute ~ 120 hours, power off time can be set 1 minute ~ 120 hours.
Current gradient test
Current gradient test: Increase the initial current by 10% at certain intervals. During the test, if the product melts, it will display "Melted" and give a display prompt. If the product does not melt when the current is increased to 2.5 times, it will display "Test completed". The time interval range is: 0.01s-3600s.
Current step test
The timing sequence of the test current can be edited to simulate complex test sequences and meet the requirements of multi-current switching tests. The maximum length of the working step test is 100 steps, and the time range of the single-step test is: 0.1ms-99999s. The working step cycle has a maximum of 60,000 times.
Current cycle impact pulse
The sequence test curves can be fitted in accordance with the requirements of the national standards (GB/T 31465.1-2015, GB/T13539.6-2013) and IEC60296-6:2010 current cycle test waveforms. Allow 50,000 cyclic tests. If the test is completed without a circuit breaker, the test result and the number of cycles will be provided. During the testing process, if a circuit breaker occurs, record the circuit breaker time and the number of cycles.
Computer graphical operation software
FTI5000 series offers an upper computer software with virtual instrument functions, which can read test data in real time, export reports, print reports, etc., making it convenient for users to operate.
